Sandra Sinnott, of Stratford, formerly of West Haven and Milford, passed away peacefully on December 23, 2025 at Milford Health and Rehabilitation Center. She was born in Bridgeport on January 24, 1941 to the late John and Margaret Samperi.
Sandi was a proud graduate of Central High School in Bridgeport and went on to enjoy a very successful career at Subway Headquarters in Milford, retiring after 25 years. Sandi was a Milford resident for almost 40 years before moving to her condo by the beach in West Haven, where she loved every aspect of living near the water.
She was an amazing Scrabble player who could beat anyone who challenged her. Her biggest joy came from her loving grandchildren: Colton and twins Kinsley and Hadley.

Sandra will be sadly missed by her son, John Sinnott and his wife Crystal of Milford; grandchildren: Colton, Kinsley, and Hadley Sinnott all of Milford; brother Paul Kelly and his wife Tracey of Florida; and longtime companion, Dennis Hoben, along with many nieces & nephews. Sandra was predeceased by her brother, John Samperi and his wife Annie; brother, Michael Kelly; and sister, Marie Pagliaro and her husband Danny.
Family and friends are invited to gather on Monday, January 5, 2026 from 4:00pm – 7:00pm at the GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 at 10:00am in St. John Vianney Roman Catholic Church, 300 Captain Thomas Boulevard, West Haven. (PLEASE MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH). Burial will be
in the Spring in Mountain Grove Cemetery, Bridgeport.
