Dan Perkins Subaru Contributes To Helping Hands Outreach

Dan Perkins Subaru has announced its contribution to the Helping Hands Outreach and will reveal the donation amount later this month.

From Dan Perkins Subaru: Milford Subaru dealership Dan Perkins Subaru announces its significant contribution to the Helping Hands Outreach of Bridgeport through the 2016 Subaru Share the Love Event. The dealership will hold a gathering to formally present the donation later this month. Subaru of America’s Share the Love Event, usually held November to January, donates $250 for every new purchased or leased Subaru to a charity organization. This year, Subaru of America partnered with several national organizations – including Make-A- Wish, ASPCA and Meals on Wheels America, among others – for nationwide dealership contributions. The brand also encourages local charity donations at the discretion of local dealerships.

The Dan Perkins Subaru team prides itself in community involvement and believes in the efforts of Helping Hands Outreach of Bridgeport, a local community program to help people in need. Objectives of the organization range from providing meals and clothes, to implementing housing and skill training. Previous Dan Perkins Subaru contributions have helped acquire safe housing for homeless single mothers, along with rehabilitation, educational opportunities and a plan to move to permanent residences.

Dan Perkins Subaru continues to increase its yearly contribution to Bridgeport’s Helping Hands Outreach. Over the last four years, the dealership has presented more than $170,000 to the charity through Subaru of America.
