Joshua Dorsey Joins Holler Law Firm as Chief Operating Officer

Holler Law Firm, LLC, Connecticut’s premier title and closing partner for all real estate transactions, announced Monday, Aug. 1 that Joshua Dorsey has joined the firm as chief operating officer. In this role, Dorsey will be responsible for all aspects of the firms operations, including its production systems, product delivery solutions, quality assurance, employee development and bottom-line company performance. He will also be charged with executing the company’s business growth strategy with a focus on capacity, scalability and expanding its scope of client services.

Most recently, Dorsey served as Managing Director for Abstrax, LLC, a high-volume, national title abstracting company providing property reports and real estate data to some of the nation’s largest real-estate companies, title agencies and underwriters. In that role, he oversaw company-wide operations, performance and product deployment. During his tenure, Dorsey recognized a monthly production increase of over 120 percent within an 18-month period, while simultaneously achieving record net income and record net margins for the company. Prior to that, he served in executive level positions at Linear Title & Closing, Ltd., most recently as its executive vice president of compliance. In that role, he was responsible for compliance of national title and closing operations as well as high-level oversight of Linear’s subsidiary entities in Texas, California, Nevada and Utah. Before that, Dorsey served as Linear’s vice president of operations, where he was instrumental in building Linear’s innovative process and production capabilities.
