A man is facing charges in a racial bigotry case, according to police.
MILFORD, CT — A man draped a Confederate flag over a neighbor's fence and made racial slurs toward them, according to police.
Police responded to a Milford home for a breach of peace incident at 10:29 a.m., Aug. 23.
An investigation led to a man's arrest. He was charged with breach of peace and intimidation due to bias or bigotry.
