MILFORD, CT — A man is accused of trespassing on a Milford resident's property and passing out on a trampoline, according to police.

Police responded to a home at 8:36 p.m. on July 24 on Cedarhurst Lane for a report of a man passed out on a trampoline in the victim's backyard.

Investigation led to the arrest of a Shelton man.

He also refused to identify himself to officers at first, according to police.

He was charged with third-degree criminal trespassing and interfering with an officer.

The man was released on a promise to appear in court on Aug. 21.
