Man Fled Officers With 2 Small Children In Car: Milford PD
The man weaved in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed with two small children in the vehicle, police said.
MILFORD, CT — A Stratford man was charged after he fled from police with two small children in his vehicle, according to police.
Officers attempted to stop Kyle Lewis, 18, Jan. 7 on Sub Way, but he fled, police said. Lewis weaved in and out of traffic at a high rate of speed and ultimately stopped in Ansonia.
Lewis was charged with engaging police in a pursuit, reckless driving and risk of injury to a minor. Bail was set at $1,000.
