Man Violates Protective Order, Given $250K Bond: Milford Police

The man is accused of walking around the victim's home with a head lamp on, refusing to leave, police said.

MILFORD, CT — A Bridgeport man was given a $250,000 bond after he is accused of violating a protective order and found to be in possession of "various firearms, magazines, and ammunition," police said Monday.

On April 19, police responded to a report of a possible violation of a protective order, police said.

The investigation led to the arrest of a 46-year-old man, who is accused of walking around the victim’s home with a head lamp on, refusing to leave, police said. There was an order of protection in place, police added.

The accused was also found to be in possession of narcotics as well as various firearms, magazines, and ammunition, police said.

He is charged with two counts of violation of a protective order, first-degree stalking, eight counts of criminal possession of a firearm/ammunition, and possession of narcotics.
