Milford's lone medical or recreation marijuana dispensary is moving out of town, according to a report.
MILFORD, CT — Milford's lone marijuana dispensary is moving from 318 New Haven Ave. to 175 Boston Post Road in Orange, according to Hearst CT.
Southern CT Wellness & Healing will change its name to Rise Dispensary once it moves, according to Hearst.

In a Patch story in August, Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Colonial properties, said Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing LLC leased a 4,156-square-foot building at 175 Boston Post Road, the former location of the TD Bank.
According to its website, Southern CT Wellness 7 Healing LLC. is a dispensary located in Milford. It was founded by four Connecticut-licensed pharmacists to assist qualified Connecticut patients with the use of medical marijuana. They aim to provide the highest and safest level of palliative care with the utmost compassion while improving the overall quality of life.
