Milford Arrest Log, Jan. 6, 2026

MILFORD, CT — The following information has been provided by the Milford Police Department and does not indicate convictions:

A woman was arrested Dec. 30 on a warrant and charged with risk of injury. She is accused of being under the influence of narcotics while supervising a minor and being unable to care for the child. She was released on a promise to appear in court.

A Hartford man was arrested Dec. 29 on a warrant and charged with engaging police in pursuit. He is accused of fleeing from officers during a pursuit in July 2025. Bond was set at $50,000.

A New Britain man was arrested Dec. 31 and charged with interfering with police. Officers responded to an unwanted party complaint at a Milford motel and determined he had an active warrant from another agency. He is also accused of attempting to flee from officers. He was released on a promise to appear in court.

A Milford man was arrested Jan. 1 and charged with disorderly conduct and risk of injury. He is accused of pushing the victim into a wall and yelling in a child’s face while children were present during a domestic incident. Bond was set at $2,500.

A Hamden woman was arrested Jan. 2 and charged with breach of peace. She is accused of pushing the victim during a verbal dispute in the parking lot of Milford Police headquarters. She was released on a promise to appear in court.

Two women from Bridgeport and one from Stratford were arrested Jan. 2 and charged with sixth-degree larceny and conspiracy to commit sixth-degree larceny. They are accused of working together to steal $104.33 worth of merchandise from Target on Boston Post Road. All were released on a promise to appear in court.

A Milford man was arrested Jan. 2 on a warrant and charged with risk of injury and fourth-degree sexual assault. Bond was set at $20,000.

An Orange man was arrested Jan. 3 and charged with driving under the influence after a motor vehicle stop on Bridgeport Avenue. Bond was set at $500.

A Milford man was arrested Jan. 5 and charged with breach of peace, second-degree unlawful restraint, and interfering with an officer. He is accused of dragging the victim up steps during a domestic incident and preventing her from leaving, then resisting arrest. Bond was set at $500.

An East Haven man was arrested Jan. 5 on warrants and charged with sixth-degree larceny and three counts of second-degree failure to appear. He is accused of stealing $279.79 worth of merchandise from Marshalls and failing to appear in court on unrelated cases. Bond was set at $7,000.

A Milford man was arrested Jan. 5 on a warrant and charged with breach of peace and third-degree assault. He is accused of hiding in the victim’s back seat and assaulting her when she entered her vehicle. He was released on a promise to appear in court.
