Milford Bank is set to move into a new location on Roses Mill Road this spring. The building also includes 12 apartment units.
MILFORD, CT — Milford Bank is set to move its Post Road East office and will relocate to 51 Roses Mill Rd. this spring.
The bank announced its planned move last year.
Milford Bank will be the anchor tenant at 51 Roses Mill Road, which is a mixed-use development with 12 apartment units, according to the Milford Mirror. The previous building was demolished after a fire, and the project developer reached out to Milford Bank as a potential tenant.
