The winning scratch ticket worth $30k was recently sold at a Milford business, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
MILFORD, CT - A South Windsor resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 18, Mingfeng Chen, of South Windsor, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from the Alltown in Milford and won $30,000.
