MILFORD, CT - A West Haven resident is $40,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On June 25, Robert Slattery, of West Haven, purchased a Play 4 Night ticket from Adam's IGA Supermarket in Milford and won $40,000.
