MILFORD, CT - A Bronx, New York resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On July 2, Francisco Hiciano, of Bronx, NY purchased a Mega Millions ticket from the Alltown in Milford and won $10,000.
