MILFORD — A West Haven resident is $30,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in Milford earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On September 30, the big winner from West Haven purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket from 719 Post Rd. in Milford and won $30,000.
