Milford Health Department Cites 14 Food Establishments For Violations

MILFORD, CT — Fourteen local food service establishments were cited for priority health violations in April, according to Hearst Connecticut Media.

Those that received violations included a supermarket, restaurants, and a nursing home.

Priority health violations are infractions that must be corrected within 72 hours.

Most of the violations involved the improper storage of perishable items and issues with sanitation measures. Each business cited corrected the violations.
