Milford Man Stalked, Threatened Victim Online, Police Say

The man is facing several charges and was held on a $250,000 bond, according to state police.

MILFORD, CT — A local man is accused of stalking and making threatening remarks toward a woman, according to state police.

Frank David, 46, was charged with inciting injury to persons or property, second-degree stalking, second-degree threatening, and second-degree harassment.

State police received a complaint Sept. 16 about a man making threats toward a victim through an online account.

The user had posted pictures of the victim along with vulgar and threatening messages, according to the arrest warrant.

The victim told police that David had posted "antisemitic, threatening, and sexual remarks, which caused her fear of being sexually assaulted and physically harmed." Some of David's alleged posts referred to the victim being shot.

When police interviewed David, he told them he had been hacked. He said he believed it was "one of his ex-girlfriends" who had access to his passwords and made the posts to discredit him.

David said that his ex-girlfriend was "trying to get him into trouble because the previous case against him was dismissed," according to the arrest warrant.

He was held on $250,000 bond.
