Milford Holding September 11th Remembrance Ceremony
Mayor Blake invites the community to join together to remember the events of September 11, 2001.

From the City of Milford:
MILFORD, CT - The City of Milford will remember the events of September 11, 2001 on Sunday, September 11, 2016 with a ceremony at 8:30 AM and ringing of the bells at 8:46am, the time the first plane struck New York’s World Trade Center. Fire Chief Douglas Edo will ring the bell.
The ceremony will take place at the Woodruff Family YMCA, 631 Orange Avenue, where the Milford Prevention Council will co-host a 9/11 Remembrance honoring real-life superheroes followed by a 5K & Family Day. In Milford, we remember victims Michael Miller and Avnish Patel, both graduates of Live Oaks School, as well as Seth Morris, who was a student at Mathewson School.
