Milford Police: Man Charged After Arguing and Threatening His Ex-Wife

Milford police said they recently received a disturbance complaint in the parking lot of the Westfield Connecticut Post Mall on Boston Post Road.

Investigation led to the arrest of Daniel Martinez, 28, of Williston Park, New York.

He is accused of violently threatening his former spouse during an argument and violating a court issue protective order, police said.

Martinez is charged with violation of a protective order, threatening and breach of peace.

He was released on a promise to appear in Superior Court, Milford.
