Milford Releases Garbage, Recycling Pickup Schedule For Holiday

MILFORD, CT — The city has released information about garbage and recycling pickup for the upcoming holiday.

Below is a Facebook post from Milford Public Works regarding the schedule for the week of Dec. 22:

Due to the upcoming holiday, please note the following changes to garbage and recycling collection and Transfer Station hours:

Wednesday (12/24)

• We will be collecting the Thursday collection area

• The Transfer Station will close early at 2:00 PM

Thursday (12/25)

• Public Works is closed

• No garbage or recycling collection

• Transfer Station closed

Friday (12/26)

• Friday’s collection will occur as scheduled (no change)

• Transfer Station open (7am-3pm)

Saturday

• Transfer Station operating normal hours (7am-12pm)
