MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On March 9, Ziad Qaddourah, of Milford, purchased a 30X Cash 8th Edition ticket on 118 Plains Road in Milford and won $10,000.
