MILFORD, CT - A Milford resident is $20,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On January 21, Erika Escartin, of Milford, purchased a 20X Cash 7th Edition ticket from Sam's Food Store in Milford and won $20,000.
