Milford Residents Sound Off on Snow Plowing

As of 7 a.m. Sunday the blizzard warning for Connecticut has been lifted. Over the weekend, Winter Storm Jonas brought over a foot of snow to towns across New Haven County.

No travel ban was issued for Connecticut throughout the storm, but Governor Dannel Malloy warns residents to pay extra attention and caution while driving.

• “No, street is narrow enough never plowed curb to curb. Complained last year and they came out and did it the right way. Could never get emergency equipment on this street.”

• “Listen there are a lot of roads, and it was a lot of snow. Thank you and good job.”
• “Back streets are not treated like state roads.”
• “Great job, as usual, by the Public Works employees! Streets nice and clear. Thank you for taking care of us.”
