Milford Restaurateurs Expand to New Location
A five-year lease agreement has been negotiated for the site.
MILFORD, CT — The Village Beach House restaurant has leased 4,788 square feet of space at 141 Merwin Ave. in a deal brokered by Levey Miller Maretz.
Steve Miller, principal of Levey Miller Maretz, was the sole broker of the deal in which the restaurant signed a five-year lease with landlord Millwood Properties LLC. The site, which is in the Woodmont section of the city, formerly housed the Beach House Restaurant. It features a spacious bar and cocktail lounge, and large patio.
The owners of the Village Beach House also own and operate the Village Bistro on Boston Post Road in Milford. They plan to open the new eatery, which will serve Mediterranean and American fare, in June.
