From Joseph A. Foran High School: The recipient of the 2017 Britton John Broatch Memorial Scholarship was honored on May 25 at Joseph A. Foran High School in Milford. As a biomedical engineer, Ms. Hall hopes to help those in need with the skills she will have developed and to contribute to current medical advances. The annual scholarship is in memory of life-long Milford resident and Foran graduate Britton John Broatch, who died of a brain aneurysm in 2003 at the age of 25. The scholarship was presented to Ms. Hall by Britton's brother Garrett Broatch.
