Milford's Engine 260 to Host 45th Annual Fire Apparatus Show
The annual antique show and muster will be held at Eisenhower Park on Saturday, Sept. 10.

Engine 260 will host the 45th annual Engine 260 Antique Fire Apparatus Show and Muster from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at Eisenhower Park located off Route 121 (North St.).
Activities include a motorcade fire apparatus that will travel from the Liberty Rock Shopping Plaza, 589 Bridgeport Ave., to Meadowside Road, through Milford Center onto North St., ending at Eisenhower Park. The motorcade will begin at 9 a.m. and arrive at approximately 9:45 a.m. at the park.

Children can be a “Firefighter for the Day,” put on a helmet and handle a real fire hose! An interactive fire prevention trailer will be on site and firefighters will teach children about smoke alarms and how to get out of a burning home.
Fire apparatus and firefighter teams will be competing against each other showing off their skills and battling for the first-place trophy in eight different competitions. Come join us at our family oriented event at the longest standing annual event in the City of Milford!

Admission to the general public is free. Proceeds from our refreshment area will be donated to the Milford Recreation Department program for children with special needs – “Camp Happiness.”
This year’s feature truck that will lead the parade is a1926 “Bull Dog” Mack Pumper, owned and operated by Henry Sanford of Redding Connecticut.
