Mini Golf Course, Senior Housing Pitched In Milford: Report
Mayor Tony Giannattasio has big plans for a city owned parcel, according to a report by Hearst CT.

MILFORD, CT — The former Platt Fruit Farm property on North Street could be the perfect place for a 55 and older housing complex and a mini golf course, Mayor Tony Giannattasio told Hearst CT.
Giannattasio told Hearst he can envision 40 units of housing and the mini golf course adjacent to the Orchards golf course. The idea remains in the preliminary stage. The land is owned by the city.
