New Residential Complex Pitched In Milford
The plans will be before the Milford Planning and Zoning Board in October, according to a recent agenda posting.
MILFORD, CT — In October, a developer, Molly Rentalls LLC will be before the Planning and Zoning Board seeking a special permit to construct a 20-dwelling unit residential complex at 241 Buckingham Avenue, according to a Planning and Zoning agenda.
Tom Hayes is the owner, according to the agenda. The proposal will be heard at the Oct. 3 meeting.
Additionally, in October, 695 West, LLC is seeking a special permit with site plan review for an automotive repair facility at 695 West Avenue.
