Obituary: Elizabeth “Betty” A. Stevens, 99, of Milford
Betty was a loving and dedicated wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother.
MILFORD, CT - (From Cody-White Funeral Home) Elizabeth “Betty” A. Stevens, 99, of Milford, beloved wife of the late Alva T. Stevens, passed away on August 11, 2021.
Born on July 13, 1922 in Derby, CT, she was the daughter of the late Thomas J. and Anna (Dutkanych) Mulry.
Betty is survived by her children, Kathleen (James) Holdsworth, Elizabeth Alexander, and Thomas (Dawn) Stevens; her grandchildren, Thomas (Renee Hutt) Holdsworth, Jill (Jason) Bleile, Amy (Shun Nakade) Holdsworth, Jennifer (David Speringo) Alexander, Christian (Krystyna) Alexander, Cheryl Stevens, and Kimberly Stevens; her great-grandchildren, Elijah James, Ava, Olivia, Colin, Kailey, Kamryn, and Miley Jean.
Betty was predeceased by her siblings, Thomas Francis Mulry, Mary (Donald) Hemstreet, Donald (Edith) Mulry.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, August 20, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at Saint Mary Church (Precious Blood Parish), 70 Gulf St., Milford, CT (MEET DIRECTLY AT CHURCH).
Interment will follow at Saint Mary Cemetery, Buckingham Ave., Milford, CT.
