Harry, a proud, hardworking and dedicated man, was a carpenter by trade and proudly served in the US Navy.
MILFORD, CT - (From Cody-White Funeral Home) On Saturday, April 24, 2021 Harry Douglas Gilbert III entered into eternal peace surrounded by his loving family.
Born on June 26, 1948 to Harry D. Gilbert Jr. and Antoinette Gilbert, he attended Milford High School, class of 1967. Upon graduation, Harry enlisted in the United States Navy where he proudly served his country during the Vietnam Conflict.
Harry was a carpenter by trade and loved building houses. He was a very proud, hardworking and dedicated man.

Harry is survived by his soulmate, Diane and his three children: Jennifer Gilbert, Crystal Gilbert Barros, her spouse John, and Harry Gilbert IV.
Harry also leaves behind his grandchildren Aiden, Hannah and Alexis the “Dancing Queen” Barros.
