Obituary: Michael Angelo Martinez I, 69, of Milford
Michael, a loving and devoted family man, worked in maintenance for many years and enjoyed tending to and flying his pigeons.
MILFORD, CT - (From Gregory F. Doyle Funeral Home) Michael Angelo Martinez I, age 69, died at home on Wednesday, January 5, 2022.
Michael was born in Bronx, NY on August 18, 1952, to the late John Martinez and Elba Joubert.
Michael loved taking care of and flying his pigeons when he lived in New York. He worked in maintenance for many years and will be missed by his family and friends.
Survivors include his daughter, Joanna Martinez-Nieves and her husband Carlos of Milford, former wife, Alicia Martinez of Bronx, NY brother, John Martinez of NY and sister, Linda Jones of CA, 6 grandchildren, Mariah, Zanaé, Jason, Aleena, Kaleb and Ava, daughter-in-law, Anais Reyes-Martinez of Bronx, NY and several nieces and nephews.
Michael is predeceased by his son, Michael A Martinez II. Friends and family may call on Tuesday, January 11th from 5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m. in THE GREGORY F. DOYLE FUNERAL HOME, 291 Bridgeport Avenue, Milford.
