Why are you seeking this office?

I’m seeking the office of Planning and Zoning due to the fact that the generation that I belong to have different ideas and goals of how we want our government to set the guidelines of infrastructure in our City. ESPECIALLY how we have grown up in a city that we love and we are being priced out of here completely!

Let's create a future where housing is within reach for everyone!

Please complete this statement: The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ___, and this is what I intend to do about it.

I completely understand our rising concern about the affordability of living in our beloved city. By allowing residential construction in commercial zones, we can ensure that the charm and integrity of the city's single-family houses are protected. This approach not only raises equity in homes but also safeguards inheritance and maintains the unique character of our community. It's crucial to prevent people from leaving to more affordable areas and prioritize housing as a pathway to the middle class. Let's work together to build a better future for the next generation right here, right now!

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

I'm 28 and complete understanding my generations ideals.

If you are challenging an incumbent, in what way has the current officeholder failed the community?

I had to look up who the person was. If you're my representative, I should know who you are.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

We need to ensure that those who grew up here can afford housing and preserve the charm of our neighborhoods.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

As a Master Plumber and someone experienced in managing housing with tenants, I have successfully maintained fair rents while others engage in price gouging. Additionally, I have expertise in building homes. These accomplishments demonstrate my ability to handle the job effectively and the integrity of our community.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

To whom much is given, much will be required (Luke 12:48).

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?

This year, even though it's not a presidential election, your vote matters a lot! The election results can come down to just a few hundred votes. Don't fall into the usual idea of thinking your vote doesn't matter.

YOUR VOTE DOES MATTER!

So, make sure to exercise your right to vote and have a say in shaping our future!
