Plans For Former Subway HQ Topic Of Milford Board Meeting
The board took action on a proposal that seeks to redevelop a large chunk of the fast-food giant's former headquarters.

MILFORD, CT — The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously approved plans for warehouse and office space at the former Subway headquarters in Milford.
Bob Scinto, a Shelton commercial real estate developer, said at the recent board meeting that the tenant will be a company that maintains air conditioning and heating equipment for residential use. He described it as a 40-hour per week operation with no activity overnight.
The project will include 82,208 square feet of warehouse space on two parcels, which include loading docks. Part of the approval involved combining those two parcels into a single, 12.6-acre property at 300 Sub Way.
