Residents Oppose Proposed Apartments at Milford Zoning Board Hearing
The apartments would have an affordable housing component.

Residents at a Feb. 3 Planning and Zoning Board public hearing opposed a proposed 257-unit apartment building with an affordable housing portion, the Milford Mirror reports.
According to the Mirror, 60 residents attended the meeting, of which 16 spoke against the proposed building at 460 Bic Drive at the corner of Naugatuck Avenue.
The plan was submitted by Garden Homes Residential of Stamford under the state’s affordable housing regulations, which overrides local zoning regulations.
