MILFORD, CT — At the June Milford Board of Police Commissioners meeting several proposed developments were discussed and voted upon.

Here is a look at each project and vote as written in the police commission meeting minutes:


b. Special Exception w/CAM to Construct Mixed Use Commercial/Residential – 27 Village Rd and 114 Hawley Ave – motion made by Comm. Mager and seconded by Comm. Rubenstein to approve Traffic Division recommendation regarding Special Exception w/CAM to Construct Mixed Use Commercial/Residential – 27 Village Rd and 114 Hawley Ave. Motion carried unanimously.

c. New Beth El Center – 993 Bridgeport Ave – motion was made by Comm. Rubenstein and seconded by Comm. Mager to approve Traffic Division recommendation and to move forward on this. Motion carried unanimously.


d. Re-subdivision of 1 Residential Lot to 2 Residential – 71 Platt St – motion made by Comm. Rubenstein and seconded by Vice Chrmn. Bergami to approve Traffic Division recommendation regarding Re-subdivision of 1 Residential Lot to 2 Residential – 71 Platt Street. Motion carried unanimously.

e. Special Permit for Affordable Housing under 8-30g – 60 West Town St – motion made by Comm. Mager and seconded by Comm. Rubenstein to approve Traffic Division recommendation regarding Special Permit for Affordable Housing under 8-30g – 60 West Town Street. Motion carried unanimously.


f. Proposed Mixed Use Building, 668 New Haven Ave – motion made by Comm. Rubenstein and seconded by Comm. Mager to approve Proposed Mixed-Use Building, 668 New Haven Ave. Motion carried unanimously.
