Name of the person who nominated the hero:
Andy Paules

Is the nominee considered an “essential worker”?:
Yes

What does the nominee do for work?:
ICU Nurse at Yale New Haven

Why do you believe the nominee should be recognized or honored?
Her dedication to her career path, and her passion for her work are undeniable, and even more so during this pandemic. It saddens me that my wife and I can't get close enough and hug her as she spends her time at home isolated in her room for fear that we might be put in danger. (We are taking major precautions even in our own home regarding Social Distancing)... What makes me even more proud is that her compassion for her patients has never wavered since she started this journey 5 years ago. She continues to "Rise to the Occasion" each and every day she (and her co-workers) put their life on the line so that others can be comforted, and hopefully saved!

What’s one thing you want everyone to know about your hero?:
She's the Daughter of the MOST Parents in the universe!

Thank you for all you do, Jennifer!
