Gun Incident Leads To Large Police Presence In Naugatuck: PD

NAUGATUCK, CT — An incident involving a gun led to a large police presence in the area of Field Street between Timothy Road and King Street in Naugatuck on Wednesday, according to police.

Police said the investigation began during the early morning hours and lasted into the evening hours on May 14.

“No injuries occurred as a result of this incident,” police wrote in a news release. “There is no threat to the public and further information will be released as it becomes available.”
