Naugatuck Man and 2 Juveniles Accused of Spray Painting Under Salem Bridge

Police say the incident occurred on Aug. 6 at around 12:51 a.m.

Naugatuck Police say they spotted a suspicious vehicle leaving Breen’s Field on Aug. 6 at 12:51 a.m.

Investigation led to the arrest of Jesie Rojas, 19, of Red Robin Rd., along with two juveniles, police say.

Rojas and the two juveniles are accused of spray painting graffiti under the Salem Bridge, police said.

Rojas is charged with conspiracy to commit fourth-degree criminal mischief.

One of the juveniles was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and the other was charged with conspiracy and simple trespass.

Rojas was held on a $1,000 surety bond.

The juveniles are to appear at Superior Court, Waterbury on Aug. 12 and Aug. 18.
