A Naugatuck police officer conducted a motor vehicle investigation on Exit 26 of Route 8 on Aug. 3 at around 1 a.m.Investigation led to the arrest of Jorge Rodriguez, 30, of Waterbury.He is accused of driving his vehicle under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs with two minors in the car, police say.Rodriguez is charged with operating under the influence of drugs/alcohol, operating without a license and two counts of risk of injury to child. He was released on a $2,500 surety bond, and is scheduled to appear at Superior Court, Waterbury on Aug. 12.
