Naugatuck's Democrat Mayoral Candidate Unanimously Endorsed By Party
Mayoral candidate Pete Hess vows to try and get all Democrats elected to public office between now and Election Day.

Naugatuck’s only Democratic mayoral candidate, N. Warren “Pete” Hess, was unanimously endorsed by the Democratic Town Committee during a nominating meeting at Town Hall Tuesday, according to the Rep-Am.
Hess, 66, a local attorney and property owner with 40-year experience working in municipal government as a legal adviser, vows to try and have all Democrats elected to public office between now and Election Day, the Rep-Am reports.
Hess’ Republican opponent won’t likely be known until September, but the Republican Town Committee is expected to caucus tonight at 7 at Town Hall, with three people seeking the committee’s nomination for mayor, including Deputy Mayor Tamath K. Rossi, Burgess Alexander Olbrys and town committee member Seth Bronko, the Rep-Am reports.
