WATERBURY, CT - A Waterbury resident is $825,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket in town earlier this week, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On May 31, the big winner from Waterbury, purchased a $1,000,000 Emeralds ticket from the Handy Stop in Waterbury and won $825,000.
