NAUGATUCK, CT — An area resident is $10,000 richer after purchasing a winning lottery ticket this week in Naugatuck, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
On Tuesday, an Oakville resident won $10,000 playing a "20X Cash 9th Edition" game. The winning ticket was purchased from Usa Express Mart in Naugatuck, according to the Connecticut Lottery.
