3 New Canaan Teens Cited for Pot Possession

Three New Canaan juveniles were issued summonses for marijuana possession after an officer found them inside a parked vehicle that had an odor of the drug.

According to a New Canaan police report, the male teens were found about 5:35 p.m. Feb. 12 in the vehicle parked on Millport Avenue.

Each teen received juvenile summonses for possession of less than a ½ ounce of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. Each juvenile was released on a promise to appear Feb. 23 in court.
