In neighboring Norwalk, the Live Green Connecticut! family-friendly community festival is taking place on Taylor Farm Park at 45 Calf Pasture Beach Road starting at 10 a.m. It will feature pony rides, a petting zoo, face painting, live music, SoundWaters and Creatures from the Sea exhibit, Nature Center exhibits, food, beverages, the Ford Go Further Tour, electric cars and fun for the entire family! On Sunday, Silvermine will kick off its "Beyond the Book" group art exhibition. Starting at 2 p.m. at 1037 Silvermine Road. The exhibition includes a variety of works spawned from the group’s shared experiences and collaborative art. Admission is free.
