Firework Cookies For the Fourth

This is a fast and fun baking recipe that you can whip up in about 20 minutes. Ingredients required are minimal, and the Pop Rocks candy garnish gives the cookies a festive flair perfect for any Fourth of July picnic or celebration. They literally fizzle and pop in your mouth like fireworks in the sky!

Ingredients

• 1 box of funfetti cake mix
• 1/3 cup of oil
• 2 eggs
• Blue and white frosting
• Pouches of Pop Rocks candy

Directions

Add oil and eggs to cake mix, roll dough into small circles, bake for 8-10 minutes at 375 degrees, let cool, then frost and sprinkle on Pop Rocks.
