Home on Laurel Road Sells for $2.8M

On Dec. 26, Cynthia Yates sold the property at 253 New Norwalk Road, Unit 6 to Carol Kaufman for $500,000.

On Dec. 26, Aleksandr and Anne Matviak sold the property at 797 Valley Road to Norman and Marie-Eve Walker for $604,444.

On Dec. 28, Steven and Kristie Guynn sold the property at 309 Laurel Road to John and Jill Tobin for $2,800,000.

On Dec. 28, Douglas and Abigail Newton sold the property at 334 South Avenue to Gregory and Carolyn Carlon for $997,000.
