Live music, kids activities, local black owned food trucks, a community art project and more! Free & open to all! Register today!

We are excited to welcome you to S.T.A.R.'s 4th Annual Juneteenth Community Celebration!
This free event will be held once again on the beautiful lawn of the New Canaan Museum & Historical Society at 13 Oenoke Ridge, New Canaan, CT. Festivities will kick off at 3:00 PM and wrap up at 7:00 PM. Prepare to be entertained by the incredible local band, The Misfits, and enjoy a vibrant celebration of culture and community.
Bring a picnic or indulge in delicious soul food offerings from the many local food trucks with delicious Caribbean Food. The BBQ always sells out so don't miss out. And all guests can contribute to a collaborative art piece with local artist, Lauren Clayton!

Important Note: All parking will be at St. Mark's Church, located next door for all Juneteenth attendees. ADA parking on site at the New Canaan Museum and Historical Society . New Canaan’s Service League of Boys (SLOBs) will be on hand to assist with parking and direct you to the church lot.
