Medical Spa Leases Space In Downtown New Canaan

NEW CANAAN, CT — A new medical spa recently signed a 3,737 square-foot lease at 23 Vitti Street in downtown New Canaan.

According to a news release provided by commercial real estate company Newmark, the medical practice, led by Dr. Teresa Alasio, will take up a substantial portion of the building's second floor.

Tim Rorick, Newmark's senior managing director, represented the landlord, Cambridge Hanover and Collins Capital Partners, while Diana Hart of healthcare real estate firm CARR represented the tenant.

"Intentional Self Aesthetics’ arrival represents the continued success of Cambridge Hanover and Collins Capital Partners' Vitti Street development," Rorick said in a news release. "Medical professionals like Dr. Alasio take great pride in their patient’s experience, and 23 Vitti Street offers a fantastic presentation for visiting clients from the moment they arrive on-site."

Intentional Self Aesthetics is set to open its doors this spring. The Vitti Street space is part of an extensive mixed-use development that includes residential units and premier medical office space across three separate structures.

The addition of Intentional Self Aesthetics leaves 2,008 square feet of space available for lease on the first floor of the building, according to Newmark.

"We are thrilled to welcome Dr. Alasio and Intentional Self Aesthetics to 23 Vitti Street," Cambridge Hanover spokesperson Tyler Gilsenan said in a news release. "Dr. Alasio's offerings, in addition to our existing tenant roster, provide for a full-service medical building in New Canaan. We look forward to adding a third medical tenant in our last remaining availability soon."

Intentional Self Aesthetics offers services including clinical skincare, injectables, laser skin rejuvenation, laser/light-based, hair removal, platelet-rich plasma, wellness services and non-invasive body contouring.

"Our new location at 23 Vitti Street will allow my practice to provide best-in-class aesthetic care in a brand-new, state-of-the-art environment," Alasio said in a news release. "The newly designed space in my hometown will allow me to combine my skills as a practicing physician to perform procedures and interact with patients at a very high level."
