New Hotel, Restaurant Discussed In Downtown New Canaan: Report
A developer is having discussions with town officials, according to a report.
NEW CANAAN, CT — Windward Development Inc. is discussing with town officials the possibility of a 4-story hotel on Locust Ave., which may include a restaurant, the Stamford Advocate.
The hotel would be located at 49-51 Locust Ave. and would include 40 rooms. The development would also include 39 Locust Ave. too. No formal plans have been filed with the town.
