New Lights Installed At Dunning Stadium In New Canaan

NEW CANAAN, CT — New athletic field lights have been installed at Dunning Stadium, the Department of Public Works announced Monday.

DPW announced the completion of the approximately $490,000 project in partnership with the Parks and Recreation Department, the New Canaan Athletic Foundation and New Canaan High School Athletics.

The project, which was completed on time and on budget by Musco Sports Lighting, LLC, entailed the removal of the existing athletic field lights and the installation of new LED stadium lights with Ball Tracker Technology, according to DPW.

Additional features and enhancements to the lighting system will be unveiled Friday night during New Canaan High School's first home football game of the season against Fairfield College Preparatory School.
