Why are you seeking this office?

To be of service to the community, be a new voice on the council with fresh ideas.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:

Affordable housing; work with Hartford to find solutions that work for the law and for our community while keeping the developers out.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?

Businessman that runs a small multi-national company for the past 23 years where I learned how to run the dollar and cents of an operation while making choices of how best expend our limited resources, money and time to best insure the growth of the company I will bring this POV the town's budget.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?

North School, Karp lawsuit.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?

Successful business, deacon at the NC Congregational Church, board member of STAR, a NC non-profit.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?

Get on that bus.
